We are proud to currently be supporting the Oddball’s Foundation in their fight to raise awareness of testicular cancer!

The foundation is the UK’s leading charity raising awareness of testicular cancer.

Their proactive approach to health education empowers individuals with the knowledge to understand their bodies and seek early medical advice.

Every 4 hours a man is diagnosed in the UK, with 2,400 new cases each year.

The cancer is highly treatable when detected early and thats what the foundation aims to do. With 50 University Ambassadors delviering 1,000 talks each year!

#1 London JOGLE - St. Richard’s Hospice

Our first challenge, back when we were Crocodile Pie, saw Alf run 1046 miles in 30 days to raise money for St. Richards Hospice.

The route started in John O’Groats, making its way south to London for the 2024 marathon before finsihing at Land’s End.

Total raised - £10,363

#2 Dragon’s Back

Our second challenge took place in September 2024 as we took on the notorious Dragon’s Back race for Acorn’s Children’s Hospice.

Starting at Conway Castle, the race spanned 6 days, covering 380km and climbed a total of 16,400m across rugged Welsh terrain.

#3 24hr Treadmill

March 2025, Joe ran for 24hr straight on a treadmill in the pub for the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation.

He covered a total of 104 miles.

#4 Triple Ironman

For our fourth challenge, Alf took on a Triple Ironman for the Oddballs Foundation.

The event involved:

  • 11.4km Swim
  • 540km Bike
  • 126km Run

It took 59hrs to complete.
